1. Business Relationship & Price Terms

Jiangsu ONWLD Neon Signs Co., Ltd. has been a leading manufacturer of glass neon signs, neon clocks, and LED neon signs since 1998.

We cater to both retail and wholesale customers through our official site: www.neonbest.com. All retail prices are inclusive of shipping costs to your doorstep via UPS or FedEx, with delivery expected within 6 to 12 days. For wholesale inquiries and bulk orders, please contact us directly to discuss specific pricing.

Example retail prices: Model "WL-NS879" - US$ 316, Model "WL-AUN45-4" - US$ 256 (includes shipping).

Example wholesale prices: Model "WL-NS879" - US$ 78, Model "WL-AUN45-4" - US$ 58.

Wholesale prices for neon clocks and table neon signs start at approximately US$ 10 per sign (FOB China) with a minimum order value of US$ 2000 (around 30 mixed signs).

2. Product, Delivery & Payment

For Retail Business:

  • Product Time: 5 to 8 days for production and quality testing.
  • Delivery Time: 6 to 12 days to US/CA/EU/UK/AU via UPS/FedEx; 11 to 20 days via ChinaPost Air.
  • Payment: We accept various online payment methods, including PayPal.

For Wholesale Business:

  • Product Time: Approximately 15 to 30 days for production and quality testing.
  • Shipping Time: 15 to 25 days by sea or 2 to 4 days by air, depending on the destination.
  • Payment: We accept wire transfers, bank transfers, and Western Union.
  • We support FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU trade terms for wholesale orders.

3. Backing of Sign

We offer various options for the backing of our neon signs:

  • Metal frame: The most popular choice.
  • Metal frame + black acrylic panel: 5mm-6mm thickness (available in outline and rectangle shapes).
  • Metal frame + acrylic panel UV print: 5mm-6mm thickness.
  • Steel can + PVC panel: 8-10mm high-quality PVC panel.
  • Steel can + PVC panel UV print: 8-10mm high-quality PVC panel.

4. Warranty

  • Quality Warranty: 2 years for all electronic components and glass neon defects, ensuring 100% high quality.
  • Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 72 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send replacement parts with installation guidance.
  • Lost in Shipping: In the unlikely event of loss, we will produce and send a new item at no charge.
  • Repair Service: Affordable repair service available after warranty expiration.
  • Specialty Original Design: We offer original design services for all neon items at no additional cost.

5. Return Goods

Returns are accepted within 1 month of receipt for any reason; the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For minor defects, we may send replacement parts; however, if you prefer to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

For damages incurred during shipping, we typically provide replacement parts. If you wish to return the item, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Items damaged due to human error are not eligible for return, but we offer repair services for such cases.
