Yes, we are a factory established in 1998. We offer a 2-year warranty on all neon light components.
b. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal for online retail purchases and Bank Transfer and Wire Transfer for wholesale transactions.
c. Do you provide a guarantee if the sign is damaged during shipping?
Absolutely! We offer a 100% undamaged guarantee. If your sign is damaged during shipping, we will send replacement parts free of charge and cover the freight costs. We will also guide you on how to install these parts for easy setup.
d. Can I get a refund if the sign is unattractive or of poor quality? What about damage during shipping?
Yes, you will receive a refund if the sign is deemed unattractive or of poor quality. Our signs are rigorously tested for 48 hours before shipping to ensure quality. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for signs damaged during shipping, but we will provide replacement parts at no extra charge.
e. Which countries do you currently sell to?

f. Do you offer drop shipping services?
Yes, we offer drop shipping services.
g. Is it possible to negotiate the prices listed on the website?
No, the prices listed for sample orders and small orders are our best retail prices. For larger quantities, please feel free to contact us for wholesale pricing.
h. Can I create a custom neon or LED sign?
Yes, you can! Just provide us with your ideas or images, and we will design it for you at no cost.
i. How can I obtain wholesale pricing?

j. What is the production time and delivery time?
- Production time: Approximately 5-8 days for small orders and samples, 20-40 days for large quantity orders.

k. Can I get professional repair service after the warranty period, and what is the cost?
Yes, we offer affordable repair services even after the warranty period has ended.
