Bought it and received round 28 days with a damaged tube then seller sent a replacement parts, the neon work well again, very happy with this shopping.
Ordered my sign in early November 2023. Schematic drawing was quickly sent for my approval and a few days later I received shipping confirmation. Shipping took just over a month and while the unit was packaged for ultimate cushioning one of the neon tubes was broken. A couple of pictures by email and a new tube was on its way! Shipping timeframe was about the same and I replaced the tube myself quickly and easily. Very happy with the sign and the service. I highly recommend!
